Makes intentional sale of imitation firearms a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or a fine up to $1,000, or both.

Exempts imitation firearms being exported into foreign or interstate commerce from the prohibition.

Defines "imitation firearm" as any device substantially duplicating or reasonably perceived to be a firearm, air rifle, pellet gun, or pneumatic gun that is not actually operable.

Excludes devices from the definition if they are brightly colored (white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, or purple), transparent/translucent, have a closed barrel of at least 1/2 inch, display manufacturer markings, and do not have an attached laser pointer.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
