Amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to add violation of the Michigan Fair Chance Access to Housing Act as an unlawful unfair or deceptive practice under Section 3(1)(ll).

Replaces gendered pronouns ("he or she," "his or her") with gender-neutral language ("the person," "the consumer's") throughout Sections 3 and 4.

Clarifies that the exemption for transactions authorized under regulatory boards does not limit enforcement of the Fair Chance Access to Housing Act violations.

Makes technical corrections including changing citation references in the Motor Carrier Act (from 479.43 to 479.42) and restructuring subsection numbering in Section 4.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 1154 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
