Changes terminology in physical therapy licensing fees from "a person" to "an individual" and establishes compact privilege fee of $90.00 per year for individuals holding compact privilege under the physical therapy licensure compact.

Authorizes individuals holding compact privileges under the physical therapy licensure compact to practice as physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in Michigan, treating them as licensed professionals for all purposes under the article.

Adds new sections 17820a and 17820b to recognize compact privileges: section 17820a authorizes compact privilege holders to practice as physical therapists, and section 17820b authorizes them to practice as physical therapist assistants under physical therapist supervision.

Modifies the Michigan board of physical therapy composition and requires the board to select a delegate for the physical therapy licensure compact, changing "shall" to "must" in statutory language.

Takes effect one year after enactment and is conditioned on House Bill No. 4504 being enacted into law.
