Amends the Local Government Labor Regulatory Limitation Act to add exceptions allowing local governments to require higher wages for prevailing wage work, project labor agreements, and work funded or incentivized by the local government.

Permits local governments to require higher wages when employers receive funding, incentives, contracts, or perform work on projects funded by bond revenue from the local governmental body.

Modifies Section 9 to clarify that local governments cannot regulate employee hours and scheduling, except they may limit business operating hours and hours/scheduling for employees working on projects subject to project labor agreements.

Revises Section 15 to remove references to other repealed sections, maintaining the act's allowance for local governments to adopt terms and conditions in voluntary agreements with employers receiving grants, tax abatements, or tax credits.

Repeals Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 12 of the 2015 PA 105 act.
