Appropriates $13,000,000 from the general fund to the behavioral threat assessment and management program fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025

Creates the behavioral threat assessment and management program fund in the department of treasury, with the department serving as administrator for auditing purposes

Allows the state treasurer to receive money from any source for deposit into the fund, including interest and earnings from investments, with all funds used solely for purposes described in section 6

Establishes the fund as a work project appropriation with unencumbered or unallotted funds carrying forward to the following fiscal year, with estimated completion date of September 30, 2026

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 1177 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law
