Urges the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to deny the Michigan National Guard's request to expand Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, which would add 162,000 acres and more than double the facility's current 148,000-acre size in the northern Lower Peninsula.

Cites the DNR's statutory mission to protect and conserve Michigan's natural resources, arguing the expansion contradicts this purpose despite widespread public opposition from citizens, environmental groups, and local governments.

Identifies the proposed expansion as threatening critical habitats including the Kirtland's Warbler habitat and Dead Stream Swamp (a National Natural Landmark and the largest white cedar swamp in the U.S.), along with introducing risks from electromagnetic warfare training.

Notes that the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy has opposed the expansion due to existing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination at the current site that is being addressed.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Governor, DNR Director, Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy Director, and Michigan National Guard leadership.
