Increases Michigan's minimum hourly wage to $12.00 starting February 21, 2025, then incrementally to $12.50 (2026), $13.00 (2027), $14.00 (2028), and $15.00 by January 1, 2029

Beginning January 2030, requires annual cost-of-living adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index for the midwest region, capped at 3.5% per year

Suspends annual minimum wage increases if Michigan's unemployment rate reaches 7.5% or higher (reduced from the previous 8.5% threshold)

Sets training wage for new employees under age 20 at 75% of the minimum wage for their first 90 days of employment, and sets minimum wage for employees under 18 at 75% of the general minimum wage

Repeals the Improved Workforce Opportunity Wage Act of 2018 (PA 337)
