Consolidates farm property and wooded areas connected to farm property into the same section as other protected properties, maintaining the requirement that consent is needed for recreational activity or trapping on such land

Retains protections allowing fishermen to wade or float navigable public streams and walk near banks to avoid hazards without obtaining consent

Preserves the exception allowing unarmed persons to enter property to retrieve hunting dogs unless previously prohibited by the owner

Maintains that property owners may give consent orally or in writing, with conditions, and that lack of written consent serves as prima facie evidence of unlawful entry when written consent is required
