Authorizes the state administrative board to convey approximately 0.29 acres of state-owned land in Windsor Township, Eaton County to Michigan Police Equipment Company within 2 years of the act's effective date

Conveyance intended to resolve an encroachment issue where Michigan Police Equipment Company buildings slightly extend onto state land currently under the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget

Sale price must be at least fair market value (determined by independent appraisal based on highest and best use) plus the state's costs for implementing the conveyance

State will not reserve oil, gas, or mineral rights, but if the buyer develops any such resources, they must pay the state 50% of gross revenue generated

Net revenue from the sale will be deposited into the state general fund after deducting costs for surveying, appraising, environmental remediation, legal fees, and other transaction-related expenses
