Protects schools from complaints, investigations, or adverse actions by state agencies, accrediting organizations, or athletic associations for maintaining separate single-sex female athletic teams

Creates private causes of action allowing participants to sue schools for violations that deprive athletic opportunities or cause harm, as well as for retaliation against those who report violations

Establishes a 2-year statute of limitations for civil actions related to violations of this section
