Raises Michigan's minimum hourly wage to $12.48 beginning February 21, 2025, with scheduled annual increases reaching $20.00 by January 1, 2030

Sets incremental wage increases: $14.00 (2026), $15.50 (2027), $17.00 (2028), $18.50 (2029), and $20.00 (2030)

Beginning October 2030, the state treasurer must annually calculate inflation-adjusted minimum wage increases based on the Consumer Price Index for urban wage earners and clerical workers (CPI-W)

Inflation adjustments take effect each January 1 following the October calculation, with results published by November 1

Scheduled minimum wage increases are suspended if Michigan's unemployment rate reaches 8.5% or higher in the preceding year
