Prohibits the manufacture for sale, offering for sale, or exposing for sale of "cultivated meat" in Michigan

Defines "cultivated meat" as meat or meat products produced from cultured animal tissue created from in vitro animal cell cultures outside of the animal from which the cells were derived (lab-grown meat)

Establishes penalties for violating the cultivated meat ban: misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days imprisonment, a fine of up to $1,000, or both

Makes technical amendments to food labeling requirements for meat products, including clarification of ingredient statement and labeling rules for products containing multiple meat types or additives like monosodium glutamate
