Amends Michigan's Open Meetings Act to add an exception allowing the Tax Tribunal to hold electronic proceedings under sections 26, 34, or 62 of the tax tribunal act without meeting the usual prerequisite circumstances required for other public bodies to hold electronic meetings

Maintains existing rules requiring two-way communication for electronic meetings so public body members can hear each other and public participants can hear and be heard during public comment periods

Preserves current restrictions that for most public bodies, electronic meeting participation is limited to members absent due to military duty or medical conditions, with all other members required to be physically present

Contains a tie bar provision requiring House Bill No. 4098 of the 103rd Legislature to be enacted for this amendatory act to take effect
