Requires Michigan Department of Education to ensure health education standards include instruction on first aid response kits (Stop the Bleed program) for students in grades 7-12, covering tourniquet use, bleeding control dressings, compression bandages, and trauma shears

Strongly encourages hands-on training for CPR and first aid instruction for students who are physically able to participate

Expands the list of approved local resources for providing health instruction to include licensed registered professional nurses (including school nurses) and school employees trained as Stop the Bleed instructors

Maintains existing requirements for CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) instruction for students in grades 7-12, with instruction based on American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or other nationally recognized guidelines

Exempts 100% online schools from incorporating psychomotor skills into the instruction
