Removes all references to the extreme risk protection order act from Michigan's firearms licensing law, eliminating extreme risk protection orders as a disqualifying factor for purchasing firearms or obtaining a concealed pistol license

Deletes provisions that required the Department of State Police to notify individuals when an extreme risk protection order was entered into the law enforcement information network against them

Removes extreme risk protection orders from the list of court orders that disqualify an applicant from obtaining a license to purchase, carry, possess, or transport firearms under section 2(3)(a)

Eliminates extreme risk protection orders as grounds for automatic license suspension or reinstatement procedures under the concealed pistol licensing system

This bill is tied to HB 4140 and does not take effect unless HB 4140 is also enacted into law
