After 180 days, exempts limited license holders working for government or nonprofit employers from supervision requirements when not diagnosing autism spectrum disorder

Allows limited license holders employed by government or nonprofits to diagnose autism spectrum disorder without supervision only after holding the limited license for at least 3 years

Takes effect only if companion legislation (Senate Bill S00384'25 or House Bill H00384'25) is also enacted into law
