Maintains the existing $5,000,000 allocation for 2022-2023 for grants supporting feasibility studies on consolidation, with a maximum grant amount of $250,000 per district or intermediate district

Requires districts completing consolidation studies to share results with participating districts within 30 days and publish findings on a publicly available website within 60 days

Continues funding for the School Consolidation and Infrastructure Fund, which supports improving student outcomes, increasing public education system efficiency, and creating safe learning environments

Makes minor technical amendments to language throughout the existing statute without changing the fundamental structure of the consolidation grant program
