Encourages nonpublic schools serving grades 6-12 to include the same suicide prevention hotline and OK2SAY contact information on student ID cards beginning July 1, 2026

Expands the scope of the Save Our Students Act to include nonpublic schools in provisions encouraging display of suicide prevention materials on school websites and in counselor and principal offices

Defines OK2SAY program as Michigan's student safety program allowing confidential reporting of tips on potential harm or criminal activities directed at students, school employees, and schools

Extends liability protections to nonpublic school governing body members for failure to include required hotline numbers or OK2SAY contact information on student ID cards
