Reduces the concealed pistol license renewal fee from $115.00 to $30.00 for applications submitted either to county clerks or online/by mail through the Michigan Department of State Police.

Eliminates the portion of the renewal fee previously forwarded to the state general fund for the Department of State Police; the entire $30.00 fee will now be deposited in the county's concealed pistol licensing fund.

Removes outdated transitional language referencing the December 1, 2018 deadline for establishing the online renewal system, as that system is now operational.

Updates gendered pronouns throughout the statute to gender-neutral language (e.g., "his or her" changed to "the applicant's" or "the individual's").

Amends 1927 PA 372, section 5l (MCL 28.425l), which governs concealed pistol license renewals valid for 4-5 years until the licensee's birthday.
