Expands the definition of "authorized emergency vehicle" to include vehicles owned by the Michigan Mutual Aid Box Alarm System when operated during interlocal emergencies pursuant to interlocal agreements under the Urban Cooperation Act of 1967

Authorizes Michigan Mutual Aid Box Alarm System emergency vehicles to be equipped with flashing, rotating, or oscillating red, white, amber, or green lights during emergency response operations

Permits the sale or furnishing of flashing, rotating, or oscillating blue or red emergency lights to the Michigan Mutual Aid Box Alarm System, in addition to existing authorized recipients like police, fire, and ambulance services

Moves the definition of "road service vehicle" from within a specific subsection to the general definitions section for clarity

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 4302 of the 103rd Legislature is also enacted into law
