Establishes felony sentencing guidelines for new crimes related to bringing undocumented aliens into the country, with penalties ranging from Class E felonies (5 years maximum) to Class A felonies (life imprisonment)

Class D felonies (10 years maximum) apply to: bringing aliens into the country in certain circumstances, with knowledge the alien will commit an offense, for commercial benefit, or failing to present the alien to immigration officers

Class B felony (20 years maximum) applies when bringing an alien into the country results in serious bodily injury; Class A felony (life imprisonment) applies when it results in death

Class E felony (5 years maximum) applies to hiring 10 or more undocumented aliens for employment; penalty increases to Class D (10 years) with aggravating factors

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on passage of companion bill HB 4336
