Prohibits schools from providing, selling, offering for sale, or making available to students any food containing brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate, or propylparaben beginning July 1, 2028

Bans specific artificial dyes in school foods: Red 40, Green 3, Blue 1, Blue 2, and Yellow 6

Applies to both public schools and nonpublic schools as defined under Michigan's revised school code

Amends the Food Law (2000 PA 92) by adding a new section 7134 specifically governing substances in school foods
