Establishes a $90.00 annual fee for individuals seeking to hold a compact privilege under the physical therapy licensure compact

Treats compact privilege holders as equivalent to state-licensed physical therapists or physical therapist assistants for all purposes under Michigan law, including professional obligations

Designates the director selected by the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy to serve as the state's delegate for the physical therapy licensure compact

Takes effect 1 year after enactment and is contingent upon House Bill No. 4101 of the 103rd Legislature also being enacted into law
