Requires grant recipients to dedicate acquired or developed land to public outdoor recreation in perpetuity and replace any lands converted to non-recreational use

Lapses previously appropriated funds from withdrawn projects totaling approximately $2.45 million back to the Trust Fund, including projects in Emmet, Saginaw, Bay, and Oakland counties
