Adds violations of the "protecting minors from chemical and surgical mutilation act" as grounds for disciplinary action against licensed health professionals under Michigan's public health code

Makes a final court order or judgment under that act a prohibited act that triggers mandatory disciplinary review by the appropriate health licensing board

Establishes sanctions for such violations as revocation, permanent revocation, or denial of the health professional's license

Exempts violations of this provision from the requirement that permanent revocation only be imposed after finding a pattern of intentional fraud—allowing permanent revocation for a single violation

Contingent on passage of companion legislation (SB ____ or HB 4467), which would establish the underlying "protecting minors from chemical and surgical mutilation act"
