Requires Michigan concealed pistol licenses to include a QR code that links to the concealed pistol license reciprocity website maintained by the Department of Attorney General

Updates license format requirements, changing mandatory language from "shall" to "must" throughout the statute

Maintains existing license specifications including plastic laminated paper or hard plastic construction, with an optional $10 fee for hard plastic versions

Retains all current license content requirements including photo, physical description, effective dates, prohibited premises information, and peace officer disclosure

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 4481 of the 103rd Legislature is also enacted into law (tie-barred legislation)
