Amends Michigan's food law (2000 PA 92) to modify exemptions from food establishment licensure requirements under section 4105

Maintains existing exemptions for establishments licensed under other acts (grain dealers, milk laws), sellers of whole uncut fresh fruits and vegetables, nonprofit consumer cooperatives, and cottage food producers

Continues exemptions for temporary food establishments serving only non-potentially-hazardous food, mobile ice cream trucks selling prepackaged frozen desserts, and vending machines dispensing only bottled/canned drinks or packaged nonperishable foods

Preserves exemptions for commercial fishing guide services serving lunch to parties of 12 or fewer clients, emergency/disaster feeding operations, and retail honey/maple syrup outlets operated by licensed producers

Allows food prepared at a licensed establishment to be transported and served at temporary locations, farmers' markets, fairs, or festivals without separate licensing if handled by employees of the licensed establishment
