Clarifies that trust terms can prevail over parts 2 to 9 of the trust article, rather than the entire article, giving courts more authority over certain foundational provisions

Adds new mandatory provision (subsection j) preserving the court's power to appoint a person to enforce trusts for animal care or other noncharitable purposes, which cannot be overridden by trust terms

Removes the requirement that no-contest clauses in trusts cannot be enforced if probable cause exists for contesting the trust (deletes former subsection r)

Allows trust terms to override the default rule that persons with nondisclosure correlative rights or protection powers have qualified trust beneficiary rights during nondisclosure periods

Reorganizes and re-letters existing subsections in section 7105 to accommodate the new provision regarding court appointment powers
