Defines "algorithmic pricing device" as software using algorithms to calculate rent recommendations based on data including local or statewide rent amounts charged by landlords

Exempts periodic reports published no more than monthly by trade associations with aggregated anonymous data, and tools used for affordable housing program compliance

Defines "nonpublic competitor data" as non-publicly available information including actual rent prices, occupancy rates, and lease dates derived from market competitors

Establishes that violations constitute antitrust violations under the Michigan Antitrust Reform Act (1984 PA 274)
