Amends the Revised School Code to align immunization exemption requirements with section 9215 of the public health code, explicitly referencing religious convictions or other objections to immunization as grounds for exemption

Prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from promulgating rules that are more stringent than the statutory requirements for claiming exemption from immunizations

Updates department name references from "Department of Community Health" to "Department of Health and Human Services" throughout the section

Maintains existing requirements for children enrolling in public or nonpublic schools for the first time or entering grade 7 to submit immunization records, physician certifications, or exemption statements

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on passage of companion legislation (SB ____ or HB 4552)
