Amends the Michigan Penal Code to apply assault, assault and battery, and homicide laws to unborn children from the moment of fertilization, treating injuries or deaths to them the same as if the victim had been born alive

Defines "unborn child" as a living human being from the moment of fertilization when sperm and egg fuse, establishing legal protections from conception

Exempts from criminal liability unintentional injuries or deaths resulting from life-saving procedures for the mother (if accompanied by reasonable steps to save the unborn child), procedures intended to save the unborn child's health, or spontaneous miscarriage

Allows a duress defense for mothers prosecuted under the homicide provisions if the elements of duress are otherwise present

Repeals MCL 750.322, the existing abortion-related provision in the penal code, and establishes that the new sections prevail over conflicting laws
