Renames the "Recreational Authorities Act" to the "Recreational and Natural Resources Authority Act"

Adds new definition of "public forest and natural resources area" covering land, water, and buildings used for recreational purposes, forestry management, natural resources management, and cultural/historical preservation

Expands recreational purposes to include snowmobile trails, ORV trails, and foraging/fruit picking activities in addition to existing uses like camping, hiking, and swimming areas

Modifies definitions to clarify that a single municipality (not just multiple municipalities) can participate in an authority

Contains a tie bar provision requiring enactment of SB ____ (request no. S01810'25) or HB 4694 for this bill to take effect
