Amends Michigan's Self-Service Storage Facility Act to allow rental agreements to be delivered and accepted electronically, including through email or text message.

Establishes that tenants who do not sign a rental agreement are considered to have accepted it if the agreement was delivered (by hand, mail, email, or text) and the tenant continues using and paying for the unit for at least 30 days.

Requires owners to provide tenants at least 15 days' written notice of termination or non-renewal to remove personal property, with notice posted on the storage unit door in addition to mailing.

Permits owners to restrict tenant access after delivering termination notice, including limiting access to normal business hours for property removal only.

Allows owners to dispose of any personal property remaining in the unit after the 15-day notice period expires.
