Adds the Children Trust Michigan State Board to the list of public bodies permitted to hold meetings fully remotely via telephone or video conferencing under Michigan's Open Meetings Act.

Allows the Children Trust Michigan Board to meet electronically under any circumstances, not just for military duty or medical condition accommodations that apply to most other public bodies.

Maintains existing remote meeting requirements including two-way communication, 18-hour advance notice, public participation during comment periods, and accessibility for persons with disabilities.

Contains a tie bar provision requiring HB 4807 or its Senate companion (SB ____, request no. S03667'25) to be enacted for this bill to take effect.

Amends Section 3a of the Open Meetings Act (1976 PA 267, MCL 15.263a), which was last amended in 2023.
