Fixes the number of judges in the forty-eighth district (Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Sylvan Lake, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake Village, and Bloomfield and West Bloomfield townships) at 3 judges permanently, removing provisions that would have reduced the count to 2 upon a vacancy or when an incumbent no longer seeks reelection

Fixes the number of judges in the fiftieth district (City of Pontiac) at 3 judges permanently, removing provisions that would have reduced the count from 4 to 3 upon a vacancy or when an incumbent no longer seeks reelection

Eliminates the conditional reduction mechanism for both districts that previously tied judge reductions to specific triggering events such as vacancies or incumbent departures

Amends section 8123 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 governing Oakland County district court structure and composition
