Corrects a reference to add "of chapter X" when citing section 13 of the general law village act regarding police officer appointments

Changes "enforcement officer" to "inspection officer" in the provision referencing aeronautics commission officers authorized under MCL 259.55

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 4834 of the 103rd Legislature is also enacted into law (tie bar provision)
