Expands business court jurisdiction to include shareholder oppression cases under section 489 of the Business Corporation Act and member oppression cases under section 515 of the Michigan Limited Liability Company Act, regardless of whether the business is a named party

Allows business courts to enforce their own judgments, creating an exception to the general exclusion of judgment enforcement proceedings from business court jurisdiction

Amends section 8031 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 governing the definition and scope of "business or commercial disputes" eligible for business court

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law
