Applies to parking lots and parking spaces associated with covered buildings and structures

Directs the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules to establish standards and requirements for sprinkler system installation

Defines electric vehicles as those propelled solely by electrical energy with no capability to use gasoline, diesel, or alternative fuels
