Allows bow hunters to carry a loaded pistol (concealed or not) while hunting with a bow and arrow in areas frequented by wild animals, without needing a concealed pistol license specifically for that purpose.

Prohibits bow hunters carrying a pistol under this provision from using it to take game or dispatch wounded game during archery season, unless the game endangers their life or safety.

Amends Section 43510 of Michigan's Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (1994 PA 451) to add bow hunters to the existing exceptions for pistol possession.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing pistol carry for individuals with concealed pistol licenses or those otherwise authorized under Michigan law (1927 PA 372 and Michigan Penal Code provisions).
