Requires CISM teams to maintain registration with the Michigan Crisis Response Association (previously required membership in the Michigan Crisis Response Association Network)

Maintains confidentiality protections for communications between individuals and CISM team members, with records remaining protected from subpoena or discovery in legal proceedings

Expands mandatory reporting exception to include child or elder abuse "or neglect" (previously only referenced "abuse")
