Prohibits Michigan government entities (state, county, and municipal) from providing personal information to any person for the purpose of enforcing federal immigration law unless the requester presents a warrant issued by a federal or state court

Requires anyone requesting personal information from a government entity to provide their name, contact information, and a sworn statement about whether the information will be used for immigration enforcement

Defines "personal information" broadly to include photographs, names, addresses, driver license numbers, Social Security numbers, telephone numbers, medical/disability information, criminal history, and aggregated datasets

Mandates annual reporting by March 31 to the attorney general and legislature on the number of immigration-related information requests received and how many were granted or denied

Permanently bars government entities from sharing personal information with any person or entity found to have violated the warrant requirement for immigration enforcement purposes
