Updates labeling requirements for honey and maple syrup producers with gross sales of $15,001 or less, requiring labels "substantially similar" to cottage food product labels under section 4102(3)

Makes technical and grammatical corrections throughout section 4105, including changing "shall" to "must" and updating phrasing like "owning or operating" to "that owns or operates"

Removes exemption for wholesale potato dealers licensed under 1964 PA 158 from conducting activities within the scope of that act without additional food law licensure

Contains a tie bar provision requiring HB 4882 of the 103rd Legislature to be enacted for this bill to take effect
