Allows chiropractors to fulfill continuing education requirements through courses or programs offered by the Providers of Approved Continuing Education of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board, as an alternative to attending two 2-day educational conferences

Requires the Board of Chiropractic to determine by rule how many continuing education courses or programs are equivalent to attending the required conferences

Updates statutory references from "the amendatory act that added this subsection" to the specific citation "2009 PA 221" for clarity

Maintains existing requirements that continuing education must include appropriate hours in pain and symptom management and provisions related to section 16401(1)
