Eliminates the requirement for licensed professional counselors and limited licensed counselors to submit a professional disclosure statement when applying for relicensure in Michigan

Repeals Section 18113 of the Public Health Code, which contained the professional disclosure statement requirements

Maintains existing relicensure pathways: applications submitted less than 3 years after license expiration require standard fees and verification of out-of-state licenses; applications more than 3 years after expiration require retaking certification exams

Preserves requirements that applicants with out-of-state licenses must verify no pending disciplinary proceedings and no active sanctions at time of relicensure application

Updates statutory language to replace gendered pronouns ("his or her") with gender-neutral terms ("the individual's")
