Allows the Michigan Board of Dentistry to grant licenses to graduates of dental programs located outside the United States who pass the required licensure examination and meet other standard requirements

Requires foreign-educated applicants to provide verification that their dental education program is substantially equivalent to Michigan-approved programs, with verification accepted from National Association of Credential Evaluation Services member organizations

Permits licensure for foreign-educated dentists already licensed in another U.S. state who provide verification of their licensing status across all jurisdictions where they hold or have held a license

Waives the educational equivalency verification requirement for applicants who have maintained an active, discipline-free license in another U.S. state for at least 5 consecutive years immediately preceding the application
