Amends Michigan's Public Health Code to clarify that if a psychologist's temporary license lapses and they are subsequently relicensed, the relicensure counts as one of their allowed renewals under existing law.

Temporary licenses for master's-level psychologists seeking postgraduate experience are valid for 24 months with one additional 24-month renewal permitted.

Temporary licenses for doctoral psychology students are valid for 24 months with up to three additional 24-month renewals permitted.

Removes outdated references to "Beginning on March 31, 2018" language and updates gendered pronouns ("his or her") to gender-neutral language ("the individual's").

Applies to temporary license holders under both the master's-level supervised practice pathway and the doctoral program enrollment pathway.
