Permits sport shooting ranges operating under generally accepted practices to repair, remodel, reconstruct, or expand facilities within preexisting geographic boundaries regardless of local ordinance compliance

Allows ranges to increase membership, public participation, and expand events and activities under generally accepted operation practices

Exempts compliant sport shooting ranges from state noise regulations measured in decibel levels for outdoor atmosphere
