Expands qualifications for expert witnesses in human trafficking prosecutions to include those with specialized knowledge from experience, training, or education in criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or victim services related to human trafficking

Allows qualified experts to testify about the dynamics of human trafficking, victim responses to trafficking, and impacts on victims during and after victimization

Permits expert witnesses to provide opinions on specific types of victim responses and behaviors in human trafficking cases

Prohibits expert witnesses from offering opinions on the credibility of any other witness, including the victim

Either prosecution or defense may call qualified expert witnesses to testify under these provisions
