Changes gendered language from "he or she" and "his or her" to gender-neutral terms like "the ward" and "the ward's"

Modifies age reference from "female under the age of 17" to "person 18 years of age or less" regarding presence in places of commercial sexual activity

Replaces "leasing" with "renting" for provisions about providing locations for commercial sexual activity

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on HB 5016 also being enacted into law
