Updates language regarding juveniles found in houses "of prostitution" to instead reference houses "in which commercial sexual activity is committed"

Modifies the definition of "abuse" in child protective proceedings to replace "prostitution" with "commercial sexual activity" when describing sexual exploitation of a juvenile

Amends DNA sample collection requirements to update misdemeanor references from "prostitution violations" to "commercial sexual activity violations"

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on the passage of House Bill No. 5016
